Jack Dorsey's Daily Routine
Give each weekday one kind of work. Jack Dorsey gave every weekday a theme, from management Monday to company culture Friday.

Overview
Jack Dorsey co-founded Twitter in 2006 and later Square, now called Block. The surprise in his daily routine is that he once gave each weekday a single job, so he never had to decide what Tuesday was for.
His routine joins two eras. In 2011 every weekday had a theme, as CNN Money reported: management Monday, product Tuesday, marketing Wednesday, developers and partners Thursday, company culture Friday, hiking Saturday and reflection Sunday. In 2019 he told the Ben Greenfield Life podcast about the day around it: up at 5:00 AM for an hour of meditation, a 7-minute workout and an ice bath, a 5-mile walk to the office on some days, one meal in the evening, and more meditation before bed.
It's for people juggling several jobs who lose their days to switching between them. Founders, managers and anyone with a few roles on one calendar will recognise it.
You can skip the fasting and the ice baths and still take the themes: one kind of work per day, and a week that plans itself. Start with one theme day and see how much less you switch. Joining the 2011 week to the 2019 day was our call, and the evening timings and weekend hours are our estimates.
