Overview
Mark Wahlberg is an actor and producer known for Boogie Nights, The Departed and the Transformers films. In September 2018, while promoting Mile 22, he posted his daily schedule on Instagram. It starts at 2:30 AM and ends with bed at 7:30 PM.
As Boston.com reported, he started with prayer, breakfast and a workout, then golf, cryo chamber recovery, family time and calls before lunch. After school pickup came a second workout and dinner with his family, with seven meals and snacks in all. By 2023 he told TODAY he was waking at 3:30 AM instead, to train and then get his teenagers up for school.
It's for early risers who want training and family time done before most people finish work. It also suits parents who want training done before the school run.
You get your workouts and your family dinner without squeezing one into the other. The whole day runs about 5 hours early, so you still get 7 hours of sleep, but only if you are in bed very early. That is extreme, so shift your own day 30 minutes earlier first. Block lengths are ours where he gave only start times, and we split his late-morning slot between family and calls.
