For hard workers who forget to rest. Simone Biles trained about 7 hours a day for Tokyo, with a nap and every Sunday off.

Overview
Simone Biles is the most decorated gymnast in history, with more world and Olympic medals than anyone. In the spring of 2021, training for Tokyo, she trained about 7 hours a day. Her training schedule is built around rest as much as work.
She told the Tonight Show she trained twice a day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, once on Thursday and Saturday, and took Sunday off. On a double day she practised from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, then went home for lunch, an hour's nap and time with her dogs before training again from 2:00 PM, E! News reported. Dinner was cooked at home.
It suits anyone whose work wears them down by the afternoon and who tends to push through the middle of the day instead of stopping. Rest here is part of the plan, not a reward.
You get hard work in blocks, a real break in the middle that lets you go again, and one day that is fully off. This is elite training volume, so scale it down to what your body can take to one focused block, a real lunch break and a short rest. Her wake and bed times, meal times and the Sunday are our estimates.
